I want to thank Jesse for the work he did on one of my rentals. the floor was very wet and we thought it there was a leak(s) under the subfloor. Jesse quickly assessed the problem and it was some of the pipes under the sink. He had all the parts and quickly fixed the problem. I told him my sister also had a leak on the outside faucet and one of the toliets were leaking. I asked him if he could look at this another day--he said I can go now and look at it. He went and again had the needed parts and fixed both problems for a very reasonable price. He seems to enjoy his work and likes people. Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
