George Brazil Services technician Michele J came to our home today to complete a routine check up of our heating and cooling system. Michele called to let us know what time she would arrive and arrived at the exact time. She was knowledgeable and professional of her duties. She preformed the inspection and let us know the results. Michele was able to contact the manufacturer and change out a part that was not preforming correctly. They were on-time, polite, and provided clear explanations of the work they were performing. Their workmanship was tidy and they even corrected some serious issues left by previous installers.
