Tom called ahead of time to confirm our appointment, he arrived promptly and went right to work. He was efficient and tidy. He explained everything he did and offered excellent suggestions to maintain our equipment. I will definitely ask for Tom the next time I call George Brazil for service and I ALWAYS call George for service!

It was 6 pm on a Saturday night and our sewer line backed up into the bathroom. I called Penguin Air and the representative was so nice and friendly he got us an appt right away and by 730 Efrain Zendejas 3213 was at our house and it was fixed by 830. Efrain was very polite and very friendly He was very professional and gave us some great advice how to avoid it happening to us again. I would highly highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone!!! The price was wayyyy less than I thought it would be on a weekend emergency call. I am thankful for their help in an emergency situation and the will definitely be my go to from now on ?
