It has been two years since my unit was installed - the installation process was a very bad experience - it took several days before Penguin Air sent out its best tech to correct multiple issues - I was told it was a good learning experience for the other techs - unfortunately I did not pay thousands of dollars to train a tech. Unit still shudders when turning off. Unit was serviced yesterday - tech was very aggressive on trying to sell me an air purifier for $2000 because I had a dust problem in my home. The he cleaned my unit by flooding water over my exterior carpet and furniture. Couldn't be more unhappy.

In all honesty, I was a little apprehensive in this process as my usual “go-to handymen” were tied up…I stumbled on this company and they over-delivered!
Ian was on time, super professional and even cleaned up the entire job site after the work was completed.

The type of work that Adobe energy management leaves done is the type of work you tend to show people of an example of what a professional job should look like. Everyone is up and running at full gears doing their part so that at the end of the day everything looks nice and clean.
