My barber shop needed to be upgraded to all led lighting. I gave star light a call they were very easy to schedule with. They came in at the specified time and completed the work in a timely manner. They will be getting my business in the future.

Foreman can't even pass a journeyman test. No upward mobility. Management is disconnected from employees. Quite possibly the worst place in Phoenix to work.

Update: After speaking with a representative for the company, we had a MUCH better experience. They went above and beyond what we expected. Just reaching out to say that they were sorry for the experience, demonstrates that they care. We might have misjudged them on thinking we were just a line on their appointment books. While our first interaction wasn't ideal, everyone has their off days, and the company showed they are more than just one technician and committed to a good client-company relationship. The follow up was very much appreciated.I had high hopes for this company based on reviews, but I can't recommend them as they are simply just overpriced (along with some minor hiccups). I called late Sunday evening due to our normal plumber having to cancel due to a broken truck. Our mainline regularly gets backed up (something we would like to fix in the future and need a camera and quote). Alas, as it stands it just needs a clean out every 4 or 5 months due to roots. We called this company, asked if they had surcharges because it was out of normal hours. They said no and it was just the 70 dollar diagnostic fee applied to the work, completely reasonable and what our other companies normally charge. We got a text message with the details of the technician and it said they would call when they were heading towards the job. Which is super helpful since we have a baby-who was asleep. Well they didn't call, rang the door bell and the baby woke up, less than ideal start. I explained the situation, and told him what we needed done, he wanted to check the bathroom to confirm it was what I said. He ran the water for half a minute, and i took him to the clean outs, where he told me the price. The mainline clean out was TRIPLE what we normally pay with Reddi Services and George Brazil. I declined, stating their price, to which he responded snarkly, oh you can get someone else at 11 PM at night? No, but I could wait several hours until they open in the morning. His comment made his estimate seem predatory, despite confirming with the office there was no surcharge for late hours. After my decline, he did attempt to knocked some money down, however even with paying their diagnostic fee plus the normal repair fee with our normal companies, I would still be saving money! I say diagnostic fee because the problem was described by us and he showed up at 10:34 and was driving away in his van by 10:42. I was told of that price over the phone, and someone did have to drive to our home, so that is my mistake. But I would suggest maybe renaming that a travel fee. The last problem I have is, I haven't even received a receipt for that transaction, despite my correct email address being listed with them, as I received their other email about the appointment. We are going to be upgrading our AC system this summer and we hoped this would be a good experience and throw them into the pool of getting quotes from, but judging from their simple clean out price - it's going to be way out of our budget.
