The response for service was good... Communication from the technician was very helpful but I feel I was way over charged for the two parts that were required. I think that these companies know that when the desert heat is upon us and our A/C is down we do not have much choice but to make the necessary repairs. The general public is not very knowledgeable in repairs and costs so after the repair was complete and I had time to check the cost of the parts and I believe I was 200-300% overcharged... I believe in business and being able to make a profit for services rendered... But it should be a fair profit!
