Spent 2 1/2 hrs waiting for them to show up after making an appointment before finally giving up on them and finding someone else.

250.00 after hours( 5:30pm) 700.00 for a 40.00 valve. The plumber ERNESTO said we were paying for his experience. I talked to George Brazil manager and he said that I took the rep away from his family on a Friday night. Horrible customer service NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company.
