Once we selected an option, then he filled out the required paperwork on the spot and scheduled the system replacement.Lance is very knowledgeable and helpful on A/C systems and the options available when required to replace a system. He walked us through everything he was doing and gave us quotes for other repairs so we could know ahead of time how much something else would cost.
