Within the hour that I submitted an online request for a schedule estimate, I received a call from Rick to schedule service. He took the time to answer my questions, understand our electrical issue and did not rush through our call. Within no time, service on our main electrical panel was completed. Rick was very sincere, professional, and attentive to customer needs. We will definitely use him again if another issue arises.
