I had a breaker go out on a chilly Friday night, leaving my family without heat. Darrel was here within half an hour and the problem fixed within 5 minutes. I'd call him again for any future meds. Highly recommended.

Have used them for years and have had tons of quality service. Only wish they were in Texas as we no longer are in Arizona.

David Rodriguez is a problem solver. He came to help us figure out the airflow problem in our house. He was polite, very respectful, and knowledgeable. He was very through and determined to find and solve the problem. I asked a lot of questions. He listened and made sure I understood the issues and was patient explaining everything. He found the problem and gave us some options. We could not be more pleased with our experience.People are the heart and soul of every company. Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

I called and explained the issues I was having in my home. I spoke on the phone with Dave and he explained someone would be at my home immediately. DJ arrived to diagnose the the problems I was having and made sure that everything was 100% fixed like nothing ever happened. I recommend this company to any of my friends and family, they went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my family.

Reckless driver, driving on I-10 this morning 6/21/17 and one of the company trucks almost hit me. I dodge my car to avoid a crash and the driver didn't care I as he kept speeding. Got close to the truck and got the name of the company RWK Electric, driver was with head down looking at the cell phone or something else. Called the company immediately, Lindsay (owner) apologized....BUT reckless driver almost hit me. Thanks GOD for your protection.

Very difficult to deal with on their online retail platform that is not associated to their website. In fact, they do not have a working website. Scott I believe who is one of the owners Is difficult to work with.

Rented a store container and hasn't paid the bill in years. Wont respond to any attempt for payment.
