Watt masters sent electrician Bill and his assistant Brandon to add electrical to the living room and master bedroom ceilings. Then to put in ceiling fans. It was a big job. The placement was well calculated and eye pleasing. The price was right. Two days scheduled, but completed in one. Wow.

My husband and I recently bought a house that needed some work. Some of the problems were with the electric box and the GFCI outlets. We called Mike to come out and fix the problems in the electric box. I am so glad we did. Not only did Mike get to our house in Apache Junction quickly, but he fixed the problem in the electric box in 15 minutes. Since he was there he took a look at the GFCI outlets as well. It turned out that the outlets weren't bad like we thought and had just been wired incorrectly. Mike quickly rewired all of the outlets and they all work perfectly now. Mike is not only very reasonably priced, but he is also very ethical. He could have replaced the GFCI's saying they were bad and charged us more and we wouldn't have known any different. If we have any more electrical problems we will definitely be calling Mike again.

I have worked with Allied Electric Technology for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and his team. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

I have called on Penguin Air & Plumbing for the last 3 years and I’m amazed that every single time I have needed them they FAR exceed my expectations. Their professionalism, service, prompt response, knowledge and attention to detail is far superior to other service providers. One example of their exceptional service was tonight, a Friday night in the middle of summer when my family and I came home to find our AC unit not working. I called their number expecting to leave a message in hopes of getting an appt first thing Saturday morning. But to my surprise they answered and even at 9:00pm, they scheduled a technician to come get it back up and running as part of their normal service they provide. Ryan Franco was my service technician and he was very professional, personable, very thorough in explaining what the issues were and what the plan would be. Never in any of my experiences with this company have I ever felt that they were upselling me or telling me I needed something that I didn’t. Sadly I’ve had that situation from other AC companies I’ve used previously. I have recommended Penguin Air to multiple people during these past 3 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking to utilize their services.Will, the company owner has built an amazing team and formed one of the most well respected companies in a service industry. Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

I called and explained the issues I was having in my home. I spoke on the phone with Dave and he explained someone would be at my home immediately. DJ arrived to diagnose the the problems I was having and made sure that everything was 100% fixed like nothing ever happened. I recommend this company to any of my friends and family, they went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my family.

The technician, Tim Lawrence was superb, on time, respectful, knowledgeable, very friendly. I had a very good experience.

My new work flow ?...? Was not a stable company ton of layoffs.

Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

Rick gave me a bid over the phone showed up on time and did the work to the bid fast and up to code he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful did a great job and kept to the price he bid me! Would recommend highly.

3 Phase has top notch electricians & their craftsmenship shows on all of 3 Phase Electrics job sites.

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

Reckless driver, driving on I-10 this morning 6/21/17 and one of the company trucks almost hit me. I dodge my car to avoid a crash and the driver didn't care I as he kept speeding. Got close to the truck and got the name of the company RWK Electric, driver was with head down looking at the cell phone or something else. Called the company immediately, Lindsay (owner) apologized....BUT reckless driver almost hit me. Thanks GOD for your protection.

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
