The service is great. They go out of their way to explain what is wrong, options you have in regards to maintainence, repair, update, and replace. The technician was knowledgeable, fair, and experienced. On time and efficient.

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

This was the second company I contacted about an issue in my home. David answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. When he got to the house I described the problem and he went to work. It seemed like only 15 minutes and he was done! He was very professional, courteous and efficient. The rate for repair was reasonably priced as well. It was so good that we discussed future projects. Spent 2 1/2 hrs waiting for them to show up after making an appointment before finally giving up on them and finding someone else.

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. Econolight is the only electrical contractor to use in the Phoenix area, hands-down.

Never showed up for the initial estimate/appointment and never called.

No show for appointment, no call with reason, and didn't return 3 calls...grrrrr

Called Ron a couple weeks back sent a picture of work I was requesting. 220 Volts to a hot tub and 110 volts to to a TV and lights on a recently installed patio cover. Ron proposed Sub panel with breakers and GFI protection to equipment said he could have it installed in a week to 10 days. Price was VERY GOOD so we agreed. Just 3 days later he called to let me know due to weather issues at other sites he could do job the next day. Crew of 3 was out at 8:00 am to look over site and gave me two options for routing and asked which I would like better. They had it trenched custom bent conduit installed site cleaned up and everything working before noon. They specialize in this work and it shows. Definitely give them a call...

Not even worthy of a review. I have had an electrical problem at my home for three weeks that's affecting our pool. Our home warranty company referred us to Quality Electric for repair. After numerous phone calls to their office and weeks of getting the run around by their staff we still have yet to get a return phone call from them. I am calling the home warranty company to express our disdain and to let them know how unprofessional they are. I hope that if you read this you do not try and do business with this company
