End to end perfection is the best description for working with Larry and his guys (in our case Larry, the younger one, and Ryan, who did the grunt work). Honest, trustworthy and when we needed them, they fit us into their schedule. The work is outstanding, but the customer service, even better. And the guys solved a couple of tricky issues for us, which shows they are not just basic electricians. Anyone looking for electrical work would be silly to not give Lauterborn your business. Main service line replacement and replacement of over the range microwave. I needed to replace the main service line cable at my home. Tesfu responded promptly and we were able to schedule time for him to take a look at the problem within a day or two. After assessing the issue everything was scheduled and completed promptly. Communication was up front with no surprises. Everything was communicated effectively. Really appreciate the work that was done.

Jay has been my electrician for my business and home for over ten years. The thing that makes me call him first is that he always responds and always makes sure that the job gets done right. That may sound like BS but on my last job I needed to pre pay him for his work because of franchise regulations. His job was done right away but he could not finish due to needing my counter guy having to finish first. Again, Jay was already paid for the entire job. Jay was calling me to schedule finishing his work, not me calling him to come back. Not sure I need to say much more....
