The customer service level is excellent at Gen3! Tiffany and Jessica were super friendly and helpful on the phone. It's so nice to deal with friendly and happy people--especially when they help you in an emergency.My technician, Justin Henry, was SO polite and nice. He had to come out a couple times for two different repairs, once even after hours, but he was always friendly and personable. He kept me posted on his progress and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He even put on and took off shoe booties each time he went in and out of my house. I was really impressed with that care! Thank you!
