Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I have never dealt with a more reliable, smoothly operated company or workers before. What a great company! I'm literally writing a review in the same day that I called, they arrived, completed the work and already left! Am sure I got lucky with their availability a bit, but they were clear, great communication, spot on service and were in and out. It's COVID times, so they were appropriately dressed, masks, shoe covers, in their company clothes. Will use them exclusively going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
