Gen3 is fantastic!! I’m so happy I chose them to replace and update my outlets when I moved into my condo. Plus they have a 2 year warranty so if anything goes wrong (like you think an outlet has broken but you actually just need to press the reset button with more oomph than you expected) someone will come by and “fix” it. I feel silly for not figuring that out on my own but not silly at all for choosing Gen3!

Jason did a fantastic job. I had an EV Charger installed at my house. The project was not easy as the circuit box was on the opposite side of the house from where charger would be located. He detailed all the work that needed to be done and was very transparent about the cost of each item. I would highly recommend Thomas Edison and Jason.
