Best Residential Cleaning in Philadelphia PA
Recently, Justin came out to inspect my furnace and install a new thermostat. He was really helpful and explained a lot about my system and the tests he was running. He answered all my questions and provided some estimates for future work I’m thinking about doing without pressuring me to do it ASAP. Gen3 was also super responsive throughout. I talked with Tiffany and Jessica, both before my appointment and afterward. I even got an email with a photo of Justin before my appointment so I’d know who to expect at my door. I loved how responsive this company is and will definitely return to them for future electrical or HVAC work!

Let me start this by saying: I REALLY wanted to like this company. The staff members I spoke with at the desk, and the electrician, when he did actually show up, were extremely kind and polite. I was even considering asking them about contracting for commercial work I needed done if they did well and were reasonably priced on the initial personal things I needed done. Thus, I am genuinely sad that I feel compelled at this point to write this review,. Despite being incredibly nice people, this company doesn't have its act together in terms of actually doing electrical work. After initially contacting them for an assessment, I was told that the city had re-shuttered electrical contracting work and they couldn't come out. I contacted the city to confirm this, as I had not read anything saying that, and was told that there had been no ban on such activity. So, I called them back, and let them know the results of my research. The woman I chatted with seemed genuinely appreciative and to have not known, so I chalked it up to the craziness of this year, and again tried to schedule an assessment. The actual process of scheduling the assessment took a few follow up phone calls. Nothing too major and I didn't think much of it. It was more effort than I expected to have to make, but I assumed they had recently resumed operations and were busy. However, this pattern of needing to constantly follow up, being told one thing, but not actually getting action, turned out to be the actual way this business operates. Over the course of 3 weeks, I received at least 10 unique excuses for all kinds of delays and lack of communications--starting from the we can't do work because the city isn't allowing contractor work again, to we have the wrong email, and EVERYTHING in between. The major shenanigans began after the assessment itself, when I was told I'd have an estimate within 2 days. I gave them a week, and heard nothing, so I emailed them. I didn't hear back, so I called and left a voicemail. I didn't hear back, so I called again, and spoke to them live. They apologized and said they'd make sure they got the quote to me ASAP! It seemed sincere, and again, there's a pandemic, so, I gave them some slack. More time passed. Still nothing. So, another email, and another call. Again, no replies to those. So, AGAIN, another call, now we're at the 2 week mark, and again I get someone live and am told I'll have the quote THAT DAY! Ok. Now we're getting somewhere. The time I was told I'd have the quote by came and went, so, I called again. I was told, we're writing you the email right now!, to which I said, great, thanks, and waited. No email. At this point I'd gotten so many excuses and been ignored so many times, I no longer believed all of their supposed reasons for not getting back to me. I was confused as to why--I thought perhaps they were too busy, or they just didn't want to do work in my type of residence. But, they never said they couldn't do the work, they seemed polite and kind. I decided, OK, I'll move on.Fast forward to the following Monday. I was searching for other electricians, when they called ME, asking did you get the quote we sent?, to which I said no, I didn't. I asked in this latest call if they had the write email, to which they affirmed it, AND read back to me the CORRECT email address. She later explained that the email on file was wrong. This seemed odd however, as earlier she had read back the correct email to me. Either way, as you may expect, I didn't ever get an email...and it has now been 6 days from that call. The reason I'm giving this company one star, is not because the people are rude or mean. It is because they wasted my time, and they will waste yours. If they had said they couldn't do the work, I would have looked elsewhere. They delayed me by nearly a month on things I really need to have done, with excuse after excuse. If they're genuine, they need some work to get more organized. If not, they're incapable of saying no and will string you along for the ride until you give up and move on.

Myers is great! I called at 9am and they were at my place by 11. No charge for a free in person estimate and fixed the issue at a reasonable price.
