Jurgen & Ed from All-Star not only supported temporary shut-off of power to my house, and temporary taking down of the power lines, to allow a tree service to remove a large tree safely, but also were able to complete the removal and replacement of both a 200-amp and a 100-amp distribution panel and all circuit breakers during the same temporary power outage. They did absolutely outstanding work. Also, they reattached the power downcomer cable to my exterior electric meter box, and replaced the meter box with a new one (both had been damaged in a storm in 2020 when a tree branch fell & took out my power lines). Additionally, they replaced the power downcomer cable from the exterior meter box to the new panels in the basement. This was a several-hour job. Prior to doing the work, they walked through the entire electrical system of my house, garage, & water well pump, to ensure safety & assess status. They also reattached a power feeder from the house to the garage (damaged by a different tree during the same 2020 storm) while they were here. Thanks to Jurgen & Ed for their hard work, attention to detail & safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism. When I need future electrician services, All-Star will be the company my wife & I call, and Jurgen & Ed would be our first choice. Just a great experience all around.

Malvin was punctual, patient, and took his time explaining what needed to be done and options to fit our budget and have our home be as safe as possible.He was very personable, respectful of our home, and nice to our pets!I don’t know who I spoke to when I initially made our appointment, but they were also courteous and helpful.

It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++

I called TruBond Electric and spoke with Mario. I explained my situation and he was available the very next day. I truly appreciate him sticking to his word and showing up when he said he would. Mario checked my electrical panel thoroughly and realized the screw was loose to the main breaker. He tightened up all the screws and voila, so far, no issues with the main breaker. I didn't hire him but will soon for another project. I would conduct business with this gentleman anytime. He is professional and honest.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
