Microwave stopped working, we decided to get a new microware & electric stove ?. In the process of installation of the appliances, we discovered we needed major electrical work-not just for the appliances but for the whole house? ?. Looked on google, read the reviews & decided to select All Star Electric.Point of contact was Mentor. We explained our situation over the phone, he came out the same day, & we had an appointment for the work the next day.NOTE: I always call 3 contractor for any work. After speaking with Mentor we decided to use All Star Electric.Sigi & Samir came to do the work. Mentor was here also. They installed a 200 amp line outside the house, which lead into the house, installed a new electrical panel, made sure every electrical outlet was working, secured everything, cleaned up, & explained was was done.I ❤️ how the outside line ?, and the new panel inside the house ?.I am giving them 10 Stars ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨.

We needed some outdoor wiring fixing up as it would turn off every time it rained. The guys came out and were very friendly and professional while checking out the problem and giving us a quote. The original date for the work had to be changed because of storms and they kept us updated and contacted us well in advance to quickly reschedule. The work was done quickly, looks good and was done with great care not to damage some fragile plants growing in the area. Would definitely use them again for any electric needs.

They are totally patient with deaf customers & make efforts to make us understand better in communication by gestures, writing, texting, etc. They made us extremely happy & satisfied. You won’t regret at all if you pick this company. We definitely use ProTech again if we need their services. We definitely refer anyone who needs electrical services/repairs/installations/ etc. Other electrical companies are ripping us off & did not make us happy or satisfied. We called the the electricians at DAC and they were able to accommodate a same day appointment. We were happy with how knowledgeable their technicians were and would recommend them in the future.

Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. The first visit was for a consultation and explanation of suggested options - repair or replace. As the fan was 25 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased the fan. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electrician's schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule. They always kept me informed. The electrician and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and competent. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They left the area clean and no plants were harmed by their visit.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
