They advertise free estimates all over, yet are trying to charge my father $40 because the manager said well your father wants a diagnostic. Yes my father wants to know what the issue is in the house and what it Will costa to fix. Last time I checked that's called an estimate he was very rude on the phone and I personally wouldn't do business with them.

These electricians arrived at my location to diagnose all of my circuit breakers in the cabinet. They were punctual and transparent about pricing, and I sincerely appreciate their honesty. They noticed that the breaker was fine and needed to be tightened instead of replaced, which saved me!

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. From the beginning I knew I wanted to go with a local business to do our work on our new home. Jay has been my electrician for my business and home for over ten years. The thing that makes me call him first is that he always responds and always makes sure that the job gets done right. That may sound like BS but on my last job I needed to pre pay him for his work because of franchise regulations. His job was done right away but he could not finish due to needing my counter guy having to finish first. Again, Jay was already paid for the entire job. Jay was calling me to schedule finishing his work, not me calling him to come back. Not sure I need to say much more....
