When I made the call, they were easy to talk with and was able to arrange someone to come over the same day and complete an install of a new plug for a dryer at a can't beat price.The electrician that was sent, Erjon Thomollari came prepared with everything needed and wearing the proper PPE. I had Osiris and his assistant John out for a core rewire project in June of 2020. We needed to take some of the pressure off of our knob and tube system, but didn't want to do a full knob and tube rewire. The core rewire was an efficient way to move forward.Osiris and John arrived on time each day and completed the work in a professional manner. I have hired some plumbers, some handymen, some roofers in my time at this home, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. Gen3 is hands down the best service provider I've hired in my nearly 4 years at this old home that needs some care from time to time.Frankly it looked like Osiris and John weren't even here - besides some small patches in the walls that I need to paint, you wouldn't even know there was a major rewiring project completed at this home. Jon gave us an honest opinion and fair estimate. He explained every step of the process. Jon and his partner were very thorough, prompt, and professional. They also plaster any openings left by their work. We had 2 outlets installed, one outlet moved, under cabinet lights installed and ceiling fan also. Pricing was reasonable and I feel safe knowing the job was completed by professionals who are conscientious! Plus they cleanup and take trash with them.

Reggie and his team has done a number of jobs for both me and my parents in our homes. He is always on-time, professional and his quality of work I would rate as exceptional, without reservation. In addition to installing wiring and outlets in my home his most recent work was moving our fuse box to a new wall to bring my house up to code. The work was fantastic!We just got solar panels installed on our roof and the company had to connect the panels power source to our fuse box that Reggie installed. When the Abington Township Inspector came out to review the work he marveled at how well the fuse box was installed and informed me that whoever did the work set me up well, not only for the solar panels but for any future electrical work I may have in the future.
