Always on time and very reliable. Not always the cheapest but they get it done right the first time and never need return visits. We have had them do a slew of electrical repairs, upgrades and serviced our HVAC.Chris found that a capacitor had failed in our air conditioning system which would have caused the motor to fail, probably at the peak of the summer. It pays to do preventative maintenance.We woke up yesterday with no heat. I called GEN3 and they were here within 2 hours. They are truly dedicated and always a pleasure to work with. I should have written this reveiw a little while ago. Loved this company. The young man, i think his name was Joe. But he was great. Did my electricity up to standard and ran it thru the walls. Replaced and installed an exhaust fan in my attic, repaired and replace various outlets and repaired those done by another contractor. Also installed a heater in my basement bath room that gets chilly. My fan and heater come on automatically when temp roses or falls. He was on time, great price, did little extras, his work was immaculate and a great warrantee. He treated me like family. Thanks Trubond.

Joe is the best! I love ADDIS and will only use them. We had a contractor at our home that messed up our electrical so I called Joe in a panic.
