Linc Electric responded on very short notice to help us with an electrical problem with our swimming pool caused by an improper equipment hookup by our pool company. We liked them so much we had them come back a week later to completely redo our outside lighting system and install the controls in the house. Ask for our technician, Aldi, who was smart, polite, highly capable, and extremely easy to work with.

Professional service and excellent work

I bought a house in Fishtown last month. The house needed A Lot of work- the first thing we did was rewire the entire house. Gen3 was actually recommended to us by our realtor, and we spoke to a few electricians but Gen3 was clearly a professional and large company that could get to us quickly and efficiently. I have loved working with them every step of the way- they sent someone out (Josh T.) to do a Knob and Tube evaluation- and he was so amazing and thorough I felt I really understood what was going on in my house. I deal with Josh to review the estimates for the work done- they offer 3 estimates and are willing to work with you to figure out what you want done and what the priorities are. Are they expensive? Yes. I am not going to lie about that. But they also were able to start on my house two weeks after I bought it. My installers- Dan Giuliani and Ian Zolitor, were super nice and super hard working. Whenever I went by the house Dan would stop and tell me what they were working on and make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I felt really comfortable knowing they were at the house everyday and I knew the work was getting done and done well. They finished the job in 7 days- and I could not have been happier. In fact, I called them back to add one more outlet and change where a switch was placed as well as move the closet light- they came out right away and the electrician who did the work, Brian Schied, was super quick and great! Everything got done in about 2 hours.I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the admin staff. Every time I called the office I spoke with Stephen or Lauren. They were super nice and helpful- they always knew exactly who I was and what stage the job was at- which let me tell you, felt really nice! I just spoke with Lauren this morning because we are actually hiring Gen3 to do our HVAC as well! She was great as usual- super helpful with explaining the pricing and also scheduling the job as fast as possible.In total: Gen3 is a great company. They are not cheap- but they are 100% professional, helpful, reliable and fast. I would recommend them to anyone who has big electric or HVAC projects in the area!

Duka and his team were wonderful. They completed a huge job in an “as in” property we recently purchased in one day. They ran into an unforeseen electrical issue at the end of the day and stayed late to resolve with no extra charge. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and neighbors!

These guys are great. They're fast and the pricing was good. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage to charge my new PHEV. I called them Friday afternoon and someone came Saturday morning to not only give an estimate, but also did the job on the spot. The price was lower than I had expected based on other estimates I've received. I highly recommend these guys for your electrical needs.

John and Fred were a pleasure to work with. I had 5 indoor and outdoor fixtures installed, 2 ceiling fans, a TV outlet, dimmer switches, GFCI, flush mount lights and recessed lights all installed in two days. John kept the price fair and in my price range. I'm am so thrilled with the look of everything. Will be using Express Power in the future for living room TV and more recessed lights. Quality work at a fair price, done efficiently!

If you need an electrician, Brownie Electric is by far the best option in NJ! I recently had them rewire our entire home and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Wendell did all the work and was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly.The price was exactly as quoted. Wendell kept the repair needs to a minimum. When having work done on your home, it's hard to know who to trust, but this company is seriously the best. We'll have them back in the future and have already recommended them to our neighbors!
