We talked to John on a Saturday night and he was at our house at 6:45 Sunday morning. He fixed the problem on his own in a couple of hours-incredibly important as we needed our work done before PECO could restore power to the block. We couldn’t be happier with him!

I called ALBA ELECTRIC to help resolve a cable issue that needed proper grounding and also had ALBA ELECTRIC inspect my electrical box to ensure properly tied in to house outlets and ground. Scheduled and completed ground wires prior to Cable tech returning, then scheduled and completed electrical box replacement to ensure fuses not doubled. Extremely happy with immediate respo se and fit into schedule. I also used ALBA ELECTRIC for installation of outdoor LED FLOOD lights to light walkwalk to entry; extremely happy then and still. Will be sure to keep ALBA ELECTRIC contact and share with friends and family.

We asked Gen 3 to diagnose a problem we had with the electric to our refrigerator. Jordan worked quickly to identify the root cause, clearly explained the why and what the fix would entail. He designed a plan for how to fix it with the least headache to me as the homeowner. We will schedule the work soon and I am confident the work will be done right.

Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. The first visit was for a consultation and explanation of suggested options - repair or replace. As the fan was 25 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased the fan. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electrician's schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule.
