Gino was very knowledgable and fast. He knew what we needed and fixed the problem immediately. He even came back out a few days later because I needed more help. He is absolute the BEST! We will be using All Star for all of our electrical needs and recommend them 100%!

I just got off the phone to schedule an estimate for 5 rooms of rewiring (pretty large job) and out of 4 companies (them being my 5th) to get estimates from? They were going to charge me $40 to have someone come to my home to give me a number that would go towards the work though when asked what if we didn't choose their company? The women on the other end had no reply. With as much competition that is out there? Pretty foolish, in my opinion.Update: after I left this review the owner (I'm assuming) called me because he was angry I gave him a 1 star. During that conversation he proceeded to call me names and call me a liar when I told him he was the only company who has charged for estimates - I hung up on him and he proceeded to call me back twice. The second time I answered and told him if he were to contact me again, police were going to get involved - this man is a terrible business owner.

I really don’t understand how there are any bad reviews here. I’ve been renovating an old house in Phily and needed some upgrades to the electric system. After meeting a couple of other electricians I met with Ilir from Alba electric and I was very impressed by his knowledge and level of professionalism. Ilir and his team did some extensive work, including replacing the power panel and adding a 220 line. Throughout the process Ilir communicated prices and scheduling very well. There were some issues with some old wires on the second floor that we did not predict before starting the work and instead of opening up all of my walls, Ilir found a way around the problem and fixed it quickly. I’ve worked with many contractors during this renovation, but my experience with Alba electric has been the best so far. Would give more than five stars if it was possible. Thank you Ilir and the team at Alba electric.

Jeffrey was very helpful and made it simple to understand what was wrong with our system. We will be using Gen3 again in the future!

Our technician was so considerate and thoughtful while giving us an estimate. We need an outlet moved for our dishwasher, but it turns out there's more to it-- the outlet should also be on its own circuit. He explained everything he was doing and why it was necessary, he cleaned up after himself (and he saw a small mess from a previous contractor, and cleaned that up as well!), and he locked the door behind himself when he left. We liked being able to schedule online, they had availability quickly, and we get all our receipts emailed to us immediately. It's wonderful dealing with Gen3.

I highly Recommend Steven Grau!! ..he was Prompt in returning my call & was at my house within an hour! .. he resolved my electrical issues & explained things to me! ..He is also Honest,(not many out there like him) & Very reasonably priced for the things he did! ..I am very Happy with his work!... I had 2 ceiling fans and 1 light installed for a very reasonable price. The electrician was efficient, fast and polite. They were backed up with work but still came out, thank you.

called Monday 11/21. got service call 11/22. Avery was the tech. He came in saw the problem and solved it. In and out within 45 minutes. Awesome tech,explained things so they were easy to understand! Thanks again to Brownie Electrical for your fast efficient service!
