Best Heater Installation in Philadelphia PA

I highly recommend Larry Lauterborn and his team! We have an old house that was built in 1925. We put the house on the market. Our first buyer walked because of existing knob and tube. We have a second buyer who wanted the knob and tube replaced. I googled knob and tube replacement and read lots of horror stories about electricians having to tear down walls and ceilings and even floors. Needless to say, it kept me up at night because our beautiful home has lots of original details that are very rare. We had two electricians come to the house only to have them say that the job was too complicated. Because we were under contract, Larry was very responsive and scheduled the work for us despite the fact that he was very busy. We have an original tin ceiling in one of the bedrooms that has been very attractive to buyers. Larry assured us that he would save our tin ceiling. Minimal damage was done to the walls and all of the holes were patched. Larry even addressed issues that the inspector did not catch. Don’t mess around with electrical work. Hire the best! Larry is one of the best with years of experience in replacing knob and tube. And he is really funny! Our house just sold!!!!

Evan, the technician who serviced my home, was polite, pleasant, and throughly answered my questions.The work was completed quickly and Evan followed Covid-19 guidelines. Communication from the company was excellent and and they were able to schedule service quickly. They also generously offered a credit when looking for volunteers to reschedule due to emergency service requests. The delay was minimal and they were able to accommodate my required timeline. I called TruBond Electric and spoke with Mario. I explained my situation and he was available the very next day. I truly appreciate him sticking to his word and showing up when he said he would. Mario checked my electrical panel thoroughly and realized the screw was loose to the main breaker. He tightened up all the screws and voila, so far, no issues with the main breaker. I didn't hire him but will soon for another project. I would conduct business with this gentleman anytime. He is professional and honest.
