Came out to fix my outdoor GFI and installed my ring doorbell. Everything has been working great. He was efficient, professional and explained things to me. I would definitely use this company again for my electrical needs.

A M Electric is a phenomenal company. My house was built in 1907 and had knob and tubing located throughout it. My house is composed of old construction materials such as lathe, plaster, brick, stone and over 5000 square feet of house to rewire. It was a juggernaut amount of work to complete along with my family residing our home during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. A M Electric kept my house clean and safe during the entire project. They were efficient and cost effective. The best is A M Electric customer service as they sguarantee their work. There was one call back and A M Electric immediately came back and rectified the challenge. I highly recommend A M Electric.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...

My entire home had knob and tube wiring and it all needed to be replaced. Live Wire did a great job replacing all the electrical and adding in additional outlets as well as installing internet drops throughout the house and an integrated Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide detectors. Professional work, great communication and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone that asks.

I had 2 ceiling fans and 1 light installed for a very reasonable price. The electrician was efficient, fast and polite. They were backed up with work but still came out, thank you.

I called Bill to have a fire alarm pull station replaced after it was pulled by a guest. I had been having repeat issues with my fire alarm and the system needed upgrading. Bill and his team overhauled the entire system for me quickly and at a very reasonable price. Before and during installation, he thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. After completing the installation, he took the time to come back and give me a walkthrough of all of the upgrades and how to operate the system. He is patient, honest and thorough. Bill is a true leader is his specialty within the Philadelphia area and I highly recommend his company.

This company is amazing!!! From the very first phone call all the way to the day after the upgrading. They were here all day but awesome amazing guys. Really made sure that did everything correctly and took their time to make sure that the job was done correctly the first time. They were extremely polite and friendly. 100 percent will always recommend this company. GREAT customer service.

Mr. Truxon of  Just It's Electric is an electrician  and  a business person who proclaims having forty years of experience. In my involvement with him, he deliberately executed the classic and illegal Bait and Switch. His actions amounted to me being  billed over Six and a Half Times the Written and Verbal Estimation of $600. I was charged $39957.38. He proudly Advertises  Up Front Pricing. The Estimation was the result of Mr. Truxon's  personal physical inspection of the property lasting approximately an hour. When the actual work was complete, I was charged the new extravagant amount over the estimated amount, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. This was in spite of the fact that Mr. Truxon had communicated with me each day via text/emails, phone. He never revealed his intentions, or the increase in fees. I have paid $600 toward the cost of the job, which included the $150 cost of the estimate  included in the cost of the job. This company advertises No Charge for Estimates, And Up Front Pricing??By accepting what I thought was Mr. Truxton's fair and thorough estimate, I did not investigate other vendors. Mr. Truxton has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or mistakes in his actions, and has badgered and attempted to villainize and bully me as I questioned his methods . By these actions Mr. Truxon confirmed his intent to commit fraud. I continue to question his actions. I don't like being Ripped Off, and YOU Probably don't Either. From day One, I have attempted to have a face to face dialogue with Mr. Truxon, even suggesting (via phone call to his office, and an email to him) that he choses a time / day for us to talk. His response was to rant. Mr. Truxon's attitude has made seeking a quick, simple, and reciprocal, resolution a difficult one. I can only conclude that Mr. Truxton's actions were / are done deliberately to execute His Bait and Switch'.  it is FRAUD.     I have documentations to back my claims.
