They never called me. Once someone assumed he answered my question via EMAIL, I responded, letting him know he assumed wrong, but not once did they call me, even after several follow ups on my part. I went as far as requesting they provide a number of person that will be handling my quote as this is the only way to avoid unwanted SPAM. Zip, nada. They were not interested in assisting me and never heard back. No one likes to be ignored but at end of day, the lesson is on me as I contacted them a few years back, same result.

This electrician thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was and tested his theory. He then replaced the wires that were on the top of the house so that the faulty electricity in the house would stop making the lights flicker. He also fixed the outlet in the computer room which had stopped working. The computer room is essential for working from home and I am so relieved that he was able to find and fix the problems. Yes I do recommend this company and should I need help in the future I will call on them.

John and Fred were a pleasure to work with. I had 5 indoor and outdoor fixtures installed, 2 ceiling fans, a TV outlet, dimmer switches, GFCI, flush mount lights and recessed lights all installed in two days. John kept the price fair and in my price range. I'm am so thrilled with the look of everything. Will be using Express Power in the future for living room TV and more recessed lights. This is the 2nd time we used Just It's Electric. The first job was to upgrade the house to 200 amps and install an EV charger in the garage. Bid was half what anyone else offered and the work was excellent. This time, they ran wires to 3 new flush-mount lights on the 2nd and 1st floors that they installed. Glen and Andrew, the crew, were professional, hard-working and polite as well as creative in running wires from the attic to the basement in this old circa 1930's house. When done, they cleaned up the remaining debris and dust...in all, my wife and I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company.
