Ron and Alex were fantastic. They installed 3 lighting fixtures for us in the foyer, dining room and kitchen. Very nice guys, professional, on time, and neat. Highly recommend their services.

I really don’t understand how there are any bad reviews here. I’ve been renovating an old house in Phily and needed some upgrades to the electric system. After meeting a couple of other electricians I met with Ilir from Alba electric and I was very impressed by his knowledge and level of professionalism. Ilir and his team did some extensive work, including replacing the power panel and adding a 220 line. Throughout the process Ilir communicated prices and scheduling very well. There were some issues with some old wires on the second floor that we did not predict before starting the work and instead of opening up all of my walls, Ilir found a way around the problem and fixed it quickly. I’ve worked with many contractors during this renovation, but my experience with Alba electric has been the best so far. Would give more than five stars if it was possible. Thank you Ilir and the team at Alba electric.

Okay. I didn't get any work done-yet, however; Mr. AVAKIAN did give me and my family great advice on how to sus out my problem, what he would do, how he charges, and some questions to ask another electrician. He couldn't get to me due to being in the middle of having work done on his house and having to be there while the work was being done. He did say that I'd U needed him he would be more than willing to help out- although he is booked into March 2022. I would use him in the future. He seemed friendly, professional, knowledgeable in his field, and on the up and up.

This was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The appointment was scheduled the day prior according to his availability. He arrived late. He was rude. Upon arrival he demanded an “after hours emergency fee” that was not previously disclosed for a 5 o’clock appointment when the hours online are 7a-7p. He insisted “he knows it’s the appliance” without even checking anything. And then demanded a $125 fee to come out when he did NO work. He was here for less than 15 minutes and we have security footage to verify it. When asked about what this fee was for he stated “Im just an employee it’s a business fee”. Online he listed as the business owner. He then stated it would be a minimum of $250 to check the power and he was “on the clock” when he started and it would be “time and a half to double” in addition. He became angry when questioned about this pricing. To which we just asked him to leave. I am very concerned with the legitimacy of this “business” Do not use this company!

John came out to help move a light fixture in my new home. He was responsive, efficient and charged a fair price. I'd highly recommend his services.

He is professional and his prices are reasonable. We called him late at night and he got right back to us and came the next day. We have used him twice so far and have been pleased both times. I highly recommend this company.

I called Raya Electric out of last minute desperation when my power was the only apartment in this Philadelphia building to go out at 8:00pm. After 5 phone calls with peco not being able to understand the issue, we had to call a 24 hour electrical company and we found Raya Electric on Google. We were then hooked up with Yohanes and he contacted us within 5minutes and arrived less than a half hour later. Not only was Yohanes able to figure out the root of the issue within 5 minutes, he also stayed and helped me communicate the issue with PECO to find an immediate solution. He also educated me about the wiring to my home in a way that an amatuer like myself could understand. If you book with Raya Electric, you should definitely request him. He was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending him again.

Reggie and his team has done a number of jobs for both me and my parents in our homes. He is always on-time, professional and his quality of work I would rate as exceptional, without reservation. In addition to installing wiring and outlets in my home his most recent work was moving our fuse box to a new wall to bring my house up to code. The work was fantastic!We just got solar panels installed on our roof and the company had to connect the panels power source to our fuse box that Reggie installed. When the Abington Township Inspector came out to review the work he marveled at how well the fuse box was installed and informed me that whoever did the work set me up well, not only for the solar panels but for any future electrical work I may have in the future. That was Reggie's work!Thank you for all of the work you have done in my home, at a reasonable price and with quick, professional service!
