Chris came and replaced 5 outdoor lights (sconces). As a past customer, I got an email that said GEN3 was in my neighborhood that day and would give me a slight discount on work that could be performed that day. I called them up 10 minutes after getting the email and they scheduled it right away; Chris was there within 30 minutes or so. He was efficient, pleasant, and even graciously put up with my noisy dog. The lights look great! And he took the trash (old lights) and packaging with him, too. Very satisfied with the service.

Matt Gatens came out this afternoon and handled service on our Lennox heater. It’s approaching 20 years old. We might need to upgrade soon. Matt was informative and confident and know what he was doing. GEN3 continues to impress us… We will definitely use them again.
