Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. Before I knew it the light in the bathroom was being switched by the switch in my office. Fitzgerald Electric got me sorted out in no time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I maybe a little biased , but I have worked here off an on for more than 40 years . It is by far the most knowledgeable Electric Company I have ever worked for . Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work!

Professional, friendly and quick to respond. We had a ground fault in an old room addition. Turned out 25 years ago the DIY home owner that my parents bought the house from neglected to connect the ground to that room in not 1, not 2, but 3 places.

I called and setup an appointment through Jason in the office he was very courteous and even told me who to call in case I didn't need to have an electrician come out. I ended up needing them and Leo the tech called me to let me know he was on his way. He showed up and was very friendly. They took care of my issue. I highly recommend them.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.
