I love Metroplex Electric. The prices are so reasonable and techs are knowledgeable, polite friendly and they always provide quick service. This is my whole family’s go to company for all electrical needs.

Had Passion install a standby generator on my house. Suuuper, very pleased with the outcome. I got a handful of estimates; Passion came in in the middle, but I felt like they were fully cognizant of everything that needed to be done on my mid-century home to make it safe and up-to-standards, and the lower quotes were not. They ended up replacing an old, fire hazard of a main panel and rerouting the power to an existing, newer panel, in addition to installing the generator and transfer switch. THEN they referred me to the plumber that I ended up using (after getting multiple quotes -- I should have just listened to them ;) ) to make the connection from the generator to the natural gas. THEN they came back, set up the controller app, fired it all up and tested.

I am so happy with my new generator. My friends are asking me about who I got to do the work, and I'm referring all of the local folks to Passion.⚡️

Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
