Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like they're honest mom and pop shops, but aren't really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Literally called 10 other services prior using them. Very responsive service. They came same day and were able to fix additional problems in the process. Would definitely recommend. Reasonable service and cost.

Best electrician out there!

Casey is one of the most professional and easy-to-work-with contractors I have ever encountered. In updating a bedroom to be a nursery, he was punctual, communicative, and had great suggestions for us. He even crafted a custom lighting solution for our unique night light! He not only completed the job in a timely fashion, he offered innovative solutions, walked through each detail with us, and always left a tidy and neat work space behind him. Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home.
