After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

As a contractor it is important to have other contractors that you can rely on to get in and get the job done quickly and done with care and attention to detail. Justin and his guys are truly top notch. We have been working together for a couple of years and never a complaint. Always fair and honest pricing. These guys are great to work with, you won't be disappointed. If only there were more of them. You know what they say, quality is in high demand.

Please be aware of who you dealing with. POwayne Order under McNatt Electric LLC under Amazon, their return reason is bought by mistake and Amazon even refund them of shipping charge which we still have to pay our carrier which is 2nd day air close to a hundred. We did contact Amazon and Amazon can not do anything because the payment has already back to Mcnatt Eletric. we contact McNatt for this issues and they do not taking responsibility of paying this fee back to us. We are in business and Yes, they do not have to pay back if they do not want to. However, what comes around goes around. they do have the refund included the 2nd Day shipping we have to pay our carrier for the order but they do not want to pay. They hang up my call and no answering the call. Just to share my experience of the doing business with them.

We have been using Hayes Electric since ‘16. We have had small tasks done all the way to our breaker box. While their prices are very affordable they are also not out to rob you either. We were going to put new outlets throughout our home and instead of jumping on that request they suggested we buy the outlets as that would be cheaper. That’s an honest company in my book.

Called ASE for troubleshooting. Recently had a series of misc. electrical oddities, including AC start-up causing dimming lights and a tripped breaker switch. ASE did a thorough check-up of the AC electrical connection, the breaker box and switches, grounding -- explained what they were doing and what they found, suggested other possible causes beyond the obvious. All checked out ok today - they encouraged me to call right away if the AC appeared to trip a switch again so they could check it immediately. (Oddly, later that afternoon, the switch for the refrigerator tripped, not associated with the AC coming on this time.) Did not find a problem, but I could not have asked for a more through check-up. I will call if the problem occurs again.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.
