This company is AMAZING!! On 07/03/17 my house had a power surge due lightning striking my neighbors tree. I lost power in several parts of my house & all my electronics / appliances were fried. I have never had anything like this happen to me before & I didn't know exactly what to do or what the normal protocol was for finding an electrician. I asked around on Facebook & one of my friends said her husband was an electrician there in Choctaw (for the sake of my friendship, I am not going to name that electrician/company). When they came out to look at my house, I paid them a fee of $145 (in cash). When I asked for the receipt/invoice/estimate they said that they couldn't give me a paper receipt/invoice/estimate & that they would have to email it to me later. I waited a couple days, but the receipt/invoice/estimate never came & every time I tried getting a hold of them, they never picked up or responded back to my emails, text message or calls. I contacted my insurance company & they said that before they could start paying out on my claim they would have to have that receipt/invoice/estimate. So after several failed attempts to get my receipt/invoice/estimate, I searched on Google & found Edge Electric. After my experience with the last company I was a bit skeptical, but when I called & spoke with Angela Thompson, she put my mind at ease. When I told her about the nightmare I had gone through with the previous electrician, she was appalled & explained that that is definitely not the way they do business & they guarantee the satisfaction of their customers & will do whatever they could to make my experience with them a good experience (plus they give their customers an emailed receipt & a paper copy (if requested) at the time of service). Angela was able to get one of their electricians (Justin) out to our house that same day & their trip charge was a small fraction of the fee I had originally paid to have the 1st electrician come out. Our experience dealing with their electrician (Justin) was amazing! He was extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything to my husband about what all was wrong & how they would go about fixing all the electrical problems in our house. As promised, Justin provided us with our receipt/invoice/estimate right then & I was able to get it submitted to our insurance that night. The moment the insurance company agreed to the cost, I called & spoke with Angela & she was able to schedule Justin to come out the very next day to do all the repairs we had discussed. He did such an AMAZING job & the lighting in our house looks better then it did before the accident! I am extremely happy with this companies staff, services, & rates! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any electrical work to be done in their homes!

Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I can't recommend them enough. They're willing to go anywhere in the state! Great prices, professional, detailed and good communicators

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
