After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Only after electrician arrived was I given a VERY high job price: $300 fan install fee (for an already purchased new fan!). Then left with fan installed (but not hanging straight).

Even with a very minor issue arose during the installation, Joe arranged for it to get fixed. We had a great experience with Fitzgerald Electrical Services. They were quick, professional, diligent and respectful. Electrician Keith came out to our house to fix two outlets. He discovered that when the house was built the proper wiring was not done and worked hard to correct the issue. In addition, I appreciated that the owner called to let us know ASAP, when the original service time had to be moved. I highly recommend this company.

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I contacted Surefix Electric after receiving a quote from a competitor in my area. We agreed on a time and date for him to check my electrical issue. After running a diagnostic test on my breaker box and explaining the technical issue that was causing the problem and quoting a fair price and service (unlike the competitor I called the day before) I agreed on authorized the completion of service. Surefix Electric was able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it. Very professional, later that day I referred him to a co-worker. His honesty and ethical work practice prevented him from providing false charges and adding additional work unlike his competitor. Highly recommend! Thank you sooo much!

They charge 75$ for an estimate which is completely fine with me. A contractors time is valuable and they should be compensated accordingly, even for just an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out and give me an estimate for a large amount of work at my personal residence. A few hours before they were supposed to come out, I called their office and spoke with their office manager and asked them if the estimate would be a thorough estimate. What I mean by that is, will they break down the estimate and give me the cost of each part of the job (for example, to install outlets will cost x amount of dollars times total amount of outlets to be installed = x amount of dollars) vs just giving me one big lump sum number for all the work with no breakdown. If I am paying 75$ for an estimate, I want it to be thorough. The office manager was not sure so I asked if I could get an estimate from any previous jobs they have done before (with any personal information removed or redacted) to give me an idea of what their estimates look like. She told me she didn't know how to do that and kept going on and on about how they include pictures with their estimates as if that was sufficient, but that did not answer my question so I asked her to contact an electrician. The electrician contacts me several minutes later and told me they were not going to come out and give me an estimate anymore because I didn't want to pay for an estimate. Which was completely false. I am totally okay with paying for an estimate, I just want to know whether it will be thorough. The electrician didn't even ask me to clarify or anything just told me they were not coming out anymore. I guess the office manager I spoke with told the electrician something different than I what I had said. Miscommunication happens but before doing something rash, maybe try clarifying with the potential customer first.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
