I had a very good experience with the team from Baxter! I had a number of outdoor lights to replace and some indoor work to do. They sent two techs who worked independently and finished quickly. Another highly rated electric company in OKC wanted to charge us $1600 for a ceiling fan replacement, Campbell & Son worked with us and got it done for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. We’re a military family who is out of state and renting our home out so I can’t say enough about what it means to have someone you trust and won’t take advantage of the situation. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.
