Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

Saw this company vehicle on the road, almost caused an accident by not letting a car merge in. Also he break checked the car that tried to merge for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional and a hazard. I will never use this business

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
