I've used Metroplex electric for years for various companies. They are often prompt and have a diverse skills set from communication, low voltage, high voltage and are supported with the OG&E rebate programs.

I had them come out and hook up a NEMA 14-50 plug so that I could use my EV level 2 home charger. Company was very professional in all interactions I had with them (on initial in-person quote, on the phone with the office, and on actual installation). They came out and did a free quote for the job (I am local to the area). They were always on time and were willing to answer my questions with their expertise. They were not trying to sell you on any service or product like some other companies. They were efficient, simple, and cost effective. Highly recommend reaching out to them for any electrical projects.

Isiah and his team are awesome. Just used them on a large remodel project. I was referred to them by a realtor. Best electrician I’ve ever worked with. Fast, efficient, and does quality work. And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

I couldn’t see myself using another electrician after working with Josh. He’s a compassionate, dedicated professional. I can’t recommend another electrician over him.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

Was cut off by an angry Dane and Associated Electric van at 2:40 P.M. this afternoon 3/10/2022 S.W. 3rd street. I was in the red light line of traffic on S.W. 3rd, as I was approaching I saw a work van trying to turn left into a parking lot entrance next door to McDonald's. I stayed back behind the start of the curb of that parking lot entrance to allow the van to get in. Once the truck in front of me pulled up allowing better clearance for the van he still continued sitting there and didn't turn. I started to just pull up closer to the vehicle in front me but didn't. When the light turned green I started forward and the driver purposefully and strategically cut/turned out in front of me which is obviously extremely extremely dangerous while scowling at me and angrily mouthing something while simultaneously handling his phone.
He likely behaved this way because he was embarrassed he behaved silly just sitting there instead of taking the turn. Bearded white man late 30s to early 40s, seems to have low honor.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
