This company is very honest and seems to genuinely care about treating their customers right. Their pricing is honest and straightforward. My project turned out to be slightly more complicated than initially thought but they were honest and transparent about the entire process.

They took the time to understand my needs and find solutions that were considerably more economical and practical than what I received from other electricians.

When a minor issue came up, they were extremely prompt and responsive at handling it. They took ownership of the problem and resolved it promptly. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service and care still exists in 2021. I would absolutely use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Literally called 10 other services prior using them. Very responsive service. They came same day and were able to fix additional problems in the process. Would definitely recommend. The electrician they sent sent out(Barry) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future.

Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

Micheal was perfect! He wasted no time in assessing the costs and necessary action to install and take care of everything I needed, and had it done in 30 minutes tops. Now I have a beautiful chandelier in my office! Definitely the best of the best!

Reasonable service and cost.

Pro Electric is my go-to company for any electrical project. Jason did a fantastic job of installing the 3 pendant lights, above my bar. He knows what he's doing, and got it done quickly. He even cleaned everything up neatly after completing the job. A very nice and professional young man.

Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

Ron is very attentive and pleasant to work with. He listens to one's needs and is expert at delivering the work product.

Richard & co did a great job. Got on schedule in a timely manner, they were on time and did great work. Even cleaned up finger prints left by my husband on the ceiling. Would definitely recommend.

They charge 75$ for an estimate which is completely fine with me. A contractors time is valuable and they should be compensated accordingly, even for just an estimate. I scheduled an appointment with them to come out and give me an estimate for a large amount of work at my personal residence. A few hours before they were supposed to come out, I called their office and spoke with their office manager and asked them if the estimate would be a thorough estimate. What I mean by that is, will they break down the estimate and give me the cost of each part of the job (for example, to install outlets will cost x amount of dollars times total amount of outlets to be installed = x amount of dollars) vs just giving me one big lump sum number for all the work with no breakdown. If I am paying 75$ for an estimate, I want it to be thorough. The office manager was not sure so I asked if I could get an estimate from any previous jobs they have done before (with any personal information removed or redacted) to give me an idea of what their estimates look like. She told me she didn't know how to do that and kept going on and on about how they include pictures with their estimates as if that was sufficient, but that did not answer my question so I asked her to contact an electrician. The electrician contacts me several minutes later and told me they were not going to come out and give me an estimate anymore because I didn't want to pay for an estimate. Which was completely false. I am totally okay with paying for an estimate, I just want to know whether it will be thorough. The electrician didn't even ask me to clarify or anything just told me they were not coming out anymore. I guess the office manager I spoke with told the electrician something different than I what I had said. Miscommunication happens but before doing something rash, maybe try clarifying with the potential customer first.

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.

Was cut off by an angry Dane and Associated Electric van at 2:40 P.M. this afternoon 3/10/2022 S.W. 3rd street. I was in the red light line of traffic on S.W. 3rd, as I was approaching I saw a work van trying to turn left into a parking lot entrance next door to McDonald's. I stayed back behind the start of the curb of that parking lot entrance to allow the van to get in. Once the truck in front of me pulled up allowing better clearance for the van he still continued sitting there and didn't turn. I started to just pull up closer to the vehicle in front me but didn't. When the light turned green I started forward and the driver purposefully and strategically cut/turned out in front of me which is obviously extremely extremely dangerous while scowling at me and angrily mouthing something while simultaneously handling his phone.
He likely behaved this way because he was embarrassed he behaved silly just sitting there instead of taking the turn. Bearded white man late 30s to early 40s, seems to have low honor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
