Richard installed a neutral wire for a smart switch on a fan circuit in my old house for me as well as the switch itself (which involved a module up in the fan canopy). He was very nice and was patient and indulged any questions I had which I really appreciated as someone who likes to learn. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and made sure that the work got done right -- he even patiently disassembled and reassembled my fan a second time after there was a noise present after the first attempt. I was very happy with both the work and the price and would definitely use him again in the future.

Richard installed a whole-house surge protector and a wired video doorbell yesterday. He also converted fluorescent light fixtures in the garage to use LED tubes. The LED tubes provide a lot better quality light than the fluorescent tubes, and I am very pleased with the doorbell. The surge protector was the most important improvement yesterday. If you have a smart house without surge protection, then your house isn't as smart as you think it is. I have a dumb house, but it is smarter now.

Very nice and excellent service! Our ceiling fan lights randomly started turning on and off repeatedly so we called HIS Electric to make sure it wasn't a serious issue. Turns out our light kit just needs replaced and they did not charge us to figure out the problem. We will definitely use them for any future electrical issues!

Richard of HIS electric inspected an electrical box which a home inspector considered a suspect name brand. He could have easily said it was and charged to remove and replace it at a great cost to me. He showed me the suspect brand on line, answered a bunch of general electrical questions and only charged a very reasonable inspection fee. Quick, on time and integrity filled. We had to call Richard after Icepocalypse 2020 because the neighbor's tree ripped everything off our our house. He came out the next day (actually showed up early, unlike most service professionals) and had it all fixed within 30 minutes. He even fixed a few things he saw at no charge. He called me to advise me of some additional problems we may have once the electricity was restored and told me how to deal with them. He was kind, professional, and I will be using HIS Electric again for all my future needs.

Highly recommend HIS electric. From setting up the initial appointment to completed job they were fast, efficient, and proactive in communicating. Jonathan Tran showed up exactly on time and did a great job. He installed LED lighting and a dimmer switch in our bathroom, replaced a bad wall switch for our bedroom ceiling fan, installed a light fixture in our pantry, and checked out two wall outlets in our laundry room that we thought might have an issue. The price was very reasonable and there was no charge for testing the two wall outlets as they turned out to be ok. We will definitely use HIS electric again.

His Electric was very responsive. They were on site within 2 hours of our call. They did a great job educating me on what I need. I do plan to use them. So far so good!

Richard was great! He came quickly and did not charge us even a service call because he could not fix the issue (ended up being an A/C unit issue not electrical)! He even gave us the number of an A/C guy he trusted and had already checked to see if he could make it out that day. So kind and honest—-will definitely use in the future for any electrical needs!

Good guys and good job. However, a little more attention to detail or preparation would’ve saved 2 extra trips to get needed items for the job. Weren’t prepared for an RV outlet when the service order indicates “rv 50 amp outlet”. No issue on my part, but it caused these guys time and trips, and time is money in most businesses. I’d use HIS again for sure👍🏼

We just had bought a new house and the pump and sweep on the pool were on the same switch. HIS electric came out and found numerous other issues inside the electrical box and got them fixed. Super pleased with service and communication through it!

Had an additional breaker added due to my problems tripping breaker when temperatures increased. HIS figured it out quickly and replaced it, so fast that I piggybacked a timer switch onto my job which was completed equally quick and efficient. I will definitely use them again.
