Passion Electric was very responsive to phone calls and showed up for electrical work at the agreed time. They added a new circuit breaker, relocated and added circuits to reduce load on overloaded circuit. Technician was polite, professional and seemed to know what hen was doing. I would definitely use them again.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

In fact it ended up being cheaper than I expected and their price was way lower than the other companies I called. The electricians that arrived were nice and professional. Very professional and quick. I really appreciate that they have an online scheduling option on their website. Our original appointment was for about a week and a half out but after I made the appointment online I got a call and they scheduled a time to come out sooner, it was only a 3 day wait instead. We had a fault in the junction box of our kitchen fan that was causing a breaker to trip. They came out and were able to get it fixed in about 30-40 minutes. I don't really know anything about electrician costs but I was a little disappointed that we were charged $249 for such a quick fix but my husband said it was worth it.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! Awesome company. Came to home replaced defected light fixtures in garage that are no longer manufactured. Repaired and replaced automatic timer and lights that surround residence. But, more importantly 3 weeks later when certain lights did not come on surrounding home, I called company and immediately a technician was at my resident to address and resolve issue. Once again Outstanding company that delivers outstanding service. I will recommend this company to anyone for residential or commercial services.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.
