The gentlemen on our service call were excellent technicians but also personable and friendly. They fixed three problems for us and we were quite pleased.

Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

Mike Gaddis went out of his way to be courteous, informative and helpful in the installation of the light fixture as well as providing a proposal for additional work requested.

Reasonable service and cost.

I interviewed or got estimates from 7 different electricians last year for some electrical work I needed for my pool & spa install and liked them the best. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. They did great work and I will be having them update my electrical panel and anything else I need to have done. They earned my trust and I am glad to have a go to electrician now. I highly recommend.

I call Bliss for everything they are trustworthy and highly qualified to get the job done correctly. The owners name is Tad he is great and his crew are amazing!!!! I use them for the business I work for as well as my personal homes.

I have used HIS Electric twice now. The first visit was to fix an outlet that was not working properly, the second visit was to install recessed lighting. I was very pleased both times. My electrician was professional, tidy, and on time! I will definitely use them again.

Joe is the most respectful and knowledgeable person I’ve came in contact with. He is very capable, and confident in his skill set. He explains every move he makes in detail and explains why it needs to be done. Very proud to know who to call when needing electric.

Ronnie was wonderful. He worked us into his schedule quickly and was very professional. He was honest about pricing and the time it would take to complete the work. We will definitely be using 405 in the future for all of our electrical needs.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
