After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. I can't say enough GREAT things about LED! They were absolutely fantastic to work with - professional, competent, on-time, thorough, fair, and reasonably priced. Juan and Thomas explained everything they were going to do, shared pics, and made sure I understood and approved everything. I was having some repairs made per a house inspection report - they took the pics from the report and created a subsequent PDF with pics of their work fixing the problem. AMAZING! Can't believe what a treat it was to work with them. I highly recommend LED - you won't be disappointed!

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.

Used to be a great company. They had some of the best electricians. The management now is a joke. They treat their employees terribly. As the greatness that once made this company slowly start to quit one by one the management makes public accusations as well as calling around and trying to ruin the reputations of the people who made this company thrive. If they treat the ones they should be loyal to like garbage, how do you think they will treat their customers?

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
