We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃
That's okay. Found another. Expensive to do! Not common to get this done!

Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. Good selection on a number of clearance items today, Presidents Day. Soaker hoses 100' regularly priced $22.95:were $5.00 Miracle Grow brand. Other items with similar discounts. Just never know what is discounted and varies at each store.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Everything went smoothly and quick. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Would highly recommend for any type electrical work. Will definitely use again!

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

One of their off a van full of children for no reason- we were padding the car on the right, and he was tailgating, swerving in and out of his lane as though he was going to hit us. Rude.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
