I contacted Dennis a week ago about a light fixture in the dining room that was not working. He came highly recommended by my contractor and was the third electrician I contacted about this light fixture. The other electricians who came to take a look at the light gave quick fixes that would have cost us a lot of money and would only be a band-aid solution that we would have to fix soon again anyway. Dennis was very fast to respond. He sent out an electrician to my home quickly. The electrician who came, Tommy, was thorough and took his time diagnosing the problem. He patiently explained the problem and talked me through his steps of fixing it. I had another question about the same light fixture come up today. I called Dennis, who responded promptly and answered my question. I would definitely work with York Electrical again!
