I am Ray I own and run a building management company for over 20 years in the NYC market and have well over 100 buildings in my portfolio . I started using DAVEN electric 10 years ago as one of my clients ( who owns 20 buildings ) uses them exclusively. Excellent service. No runaround. Highly trustworthy, and reasonable. Definitely not the norm these days so it was nice to have someone who knows what they are doing and trust them. Had many jobs completed more recently remodeling an old home, including restoring electrical that needed to be caught up to code, update panels, switches, moving lights, adding recessed lighting. Having him back for remodel on the kitchen next! Highly recommend!

I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.
