I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely rep who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. We are thoroughly happy with using this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't begin to say how pleased I was with the service! We had a breaker blow and I found them on Angie's List. Their rating was well worth it given how quickly they arrived and even quicker with the fix. I was so pleased that the next time we had electrical problems I knew just who to call!

I contracted with this company to perform extensive updating of the electrical items in my 80 year old home in Brooklyn. The home had previously had work done on it by unknown contractors. There were many unsafe items. They identified what was unsafe and came up with a detailed, written proposal at the time they viewed my property. As additional items were discovered, they presented an up-to-date proposal bid. They did not try to convince me to do more than was necessary and at times convinced me I did not need all I thought I should have done. The three electricians who worked on my property were all very professional, courteous, and had a great work ethic. I would highly recommend this company.

LED is great! They were able to squeeze me in two days before Christmas to install 3 ceiling fixtures and repair an outlet, saving me from having to eat Christmas dinner under bare light bulbs! They were extremely professional and communicative, and made sure every detail was correct. Earl was very professional in his approach to the job. Very knowledgeable and patient in dealing with the client. He always was on time and quite thorough on the job. We needed to have our meter replaced, including wiring. He dealt directly with Con-Ed, setting up appointments and follow-ups. We were in good hands. Tara, at the office, complements the service received from Earl. She was a pleasure to work with. I had used another contractor for years but stopped when they became ridiculously expensive. I found Axcel in a google search for top rated electricians. Their name came up and I am so glad I called them. Alex and his partner Prince were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, safety conscious and reasonable. They removed an old chandelier and put up a replacement antique one. The switch had been inoperable and they had to search our old coops wiring to figure out the problem and they did! They also had to relocate an outlet snd install a new outlet and all that was done seamlessly. At the end of a long day, I remembered there was another outlet that was non functioning and they fixed it happily.

I will refer all my future electrical work to them. I cannot say enough good things. You would be crazy to look elsewhere. Alex is the BEST!!! His staff are great. Vanessa in the office is a pleasure to deal with. They get my top recommendation!
