Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

We had a funky wiring situation in a bathroom and wanted to install a new smart switch (humidity sensing fan switch) or at least find out if it was possible. I called the electrician near me, and he was punctual and patient and helped clean up the switch box. In the end, because of the old wiring in this old house, we weren’t able to connect the smart switch and installed a traditional timer switch for the fan. In the end, we were very pleased with the service provided, and the rate was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort this took. Would definitely hire again.
