I had a very positive experience with new York electrician. There was a very quick response to my request for an estimate, and Stanley was able to come out the next day to fix my kitchen lighting. Although there was a little accident that resulted in some damage to my light fixture, Stanley immediately took responsibility, was extremely apologetic and made sure my final bill was reduced significantly. Despite the mishap, I would definitely use the company again and would ask for Stanley.

I had an outlet installed in a walk in closet. Over email, we determined that the work would either entail channeling through the wall to get to a switch outside the closet, or doing some kind of wire mold (on the wall) if the switch would not work - the walls are plaster.

They were up front about costs over email, and the technician arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. The switch did not have a neutral wire, so a wire mold was necessary. They described the work and how it would look, and did a great job - even cleaning up the work area afterwards. +1 would use again!

Installation was fast, and both the manager and electrician were friendly and responsive! Also appreciate the digital integration for payment

Joe and his team were great! They provided a number of service for us and executed on all of them! They mounted our 58” TV and re-wired the cables for us so that we could mount the TV over our fireplace. They also mounted and set up cable in our bedroom, installed sonos sound systems (for TV and apartment) and setup WiFi extenders through out our apartment. We recommend them for any of these jobs and will definitely be using them for future projects! Thanks Joe and team!!!

I needed to install a new television set in my apartment and needed an expert, who would fix it up the wall without breaking it. After asking many installers for a quote, it was Hays NYC, who offered us the best quote. They arrived in time and completed the task in the quickest and most efficient manner. I assume after all the praise I showered upon them, they will offer me some discount next time.
